Solventum is seeking a Senior Managing Counsel to lead the U.S. and Canada MedSurg contracting program. You will advise on complex commercial agreements, including GPO/IDN and health-system negotiations, while partnering with cross-functional teams to balance legal and business risks.

The role demands a JD, 10 years of legal experience, and an active U.S. license, with preference for healthcare industry exposure and in-house experience in a global organization. This remote role supports the U.S.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and ten years of legal experience.
• Active law license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and government agreements.
• Healthcare, medical device, life sciences or DME industry experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead legal support for U.S. and Canada MedSurg contracting, including GPO/IDN and health-system agreements.
• Draft, negotiate and advise on complex commercial arrangements and contract templates.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, finance and compliance to align contracting with business goals.
• Develop and maintain contracting playbooks, negotiation guidance and tools for teams.
• Advise on pricing, rebates and compliance in healthcare programs and government contracts.
