Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Workforce Planning Strategy & Analytics to join a leader in the Information Technology space. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $163,400 – $245,000 annually. This role will shape enterprise workforce planning strategy and analytics, helping the organization build scalable models, processes, and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A, business/data analytics, management consulting, or similar roles.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• SQL and BI tools preferred.
• Experience building forecasting or scenario models from scratch.
• Proven track record of streamlining broken processes into scalable systems.
• Strong influencing skills to drive change without direct authority.
• Ability to shift between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead enterprise workforce planning capabilities and operating models.
• Partner with FP&A to develop forecasting and scenario-planning models.
• Redesign cross-functional processes related to workforce planning.
• Manage data infrastructure and create reporting tools for workforce insights.
• Influence stakeholders to embrace new frameworks and models.
• Deliver executive-ready analyses and recommendations on workforce strategy.
• Collaborate with Finance on headcount governance and budget planning.
