Job summary

NewAmsterdam Pharma is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics to oversee daily inventory control and logistics, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and compliant execution of domestic and international shipments. You will work with internal teams and external partners to standardize processes and resolve discrepancies.

The role reports to the Director, Commercial Supply Chain and requires strong organization, ownership, and proactive problem solving in a growing biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Supply Chain, Engineering, Science or Business).
• 5+ years of progressively responsible supply chain experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience with inventory management, logistics, and operational execution.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments; shipping docs and customs knowledge.
• Working knowledge of GMP/GxP expectations and external logistics providers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inventory visibility across products, materials, and storage locations.
• Manage shipments from planning through delivery confirmation and documentation closure.
• Coordinate schedules, readiness, and approvals with internal and external partners.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation and facilitate import/export records.
• Produce routine inventory and supply reporting and KPIs.
