Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to drive site planning and inventory strategies. You will lead a team, monitor metrics, and align planning with global strategies to deliver value across manufacturing operations.

You will own the SIOP process, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvements in inventory management from Americas to global operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in supply chain management and planning.
• Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing and planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a diverse team and manage budgets.
• Experience driving process improvements and inventory optimization.

Responsibilities

• Drive site planning and inventory strategies to support production plans.
• Manage a team of direct and indirect SCM resources and monitor KPIs.
• Own SIOP process including Demand Management, MPS Analysis and production scheduling.
• Lead supplier relationships and negotiate terms to optimize cost and delivery.
• Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and inventory entitlement for customers.
• Oversee regional purchases and contract administration for multiple sites.
