Celestica, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to drive site planning and inventory strategies while leading a team across the Americas. You will oversee materials availability, OTD metrics, and supplier collaboration to meet production schedules and financial targets.

The role requires extensive experience in electronics manufacturing, global logistics, and advanced Excel analytics, with a focus on process improvement and cross-functional leadership.

Formación

• Broad knowledge of an electronic manufacturing environment and SCM processes.
• In-depth understanding of global supply chain management, distribution, and inventory management.
• Experience with planning systems and ERP integrations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement site planning and inventory strategies to meet production goals.
• Lead and develop a team of SCM professionals, including performance and training.
• Monitor KPIs and KRIs; drive process improvements and cost reductions across supply chain activities.
