Job summary

Celestica, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead materials availability, inventory strategy, and delivery performance for a key business unit. This is a remote US-based role with global scope and cross-functional accountability.

You will drive OTD and MPS alignment, manage supplier relationships, lead process improvements, and oversee a team responsible for planning, purchasing, and inventory metrics in support of customer programs.

Qualifications

• This role requires 8+ years of related experience in supply chain management and planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Logistics Management, or related discipline is required.
• Strong knowledge of analytics, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead materials availability to support build plans across the product life cycle.
• Drive on-time delivery (OTD) and material plans to meet production schedules.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance for multiple sites.
• Oversee planning, purchasing and inventory metrics and initiatives.
• Guide continuous improvements in SCM processes and audits.
