CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Development Engineering (Claims Adjudication) to lead delivery of critical adjudication systems. You will manage cross-functional teams, partner with business stakeholders, and drive SDLC best practices in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 7+ years in IT with leadership, deep IBM i experience, and success delivering large programs. You will mentor staff, oversee vendor relationships, and champion quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT principles, development methodologies and platforms.
• 7+ years mentoring and supervising employees and vendor relationships.
• 5+ years in handling customer expectations and large team delivery.
• 5+ years of technology development (design, coding, testing) in IBMi.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of projects with quality, scope and schedule adherence.
• Provide guidance on SDLC practices and project planning for business areas.
• Oversee resource planning, metrics, and budget alignment.
• Drive vendor relations and onsite/offshore collaboration.
• Consult with stakeholders to meet business and IT expectations.
