CVS Health Corporation is seeking an IT Director to lead the Claims Adjudication platform transformation within the Information Technology organization. You will drive modernization, automation, and cost-efficiency while guiding a large team of technology professionals.

The role requires strategic planning, strong technical leadership, and collaboration with business leaders to deliver scalable adjudication solutions that meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a large-scale IT environment leading architecture & development teams.
• Expert knowledge of Core Java, JEE, Spring, Spring Boot, JDBC, Hibernate.
• AS/400/IBMi fundamentals including CL and IFS.
• Front-end skills with modern JS frameworks (Angular/React/Vue).
• SQL/400, DDS and modern RDBMS concepts (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server).
• DevOps tools: Git, CI/CD, Maven; containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Direct a 50+ member IT team for adjudication platform modernization and strategy.
• Develop and deliver optimized technology solutions for the Claims Adjudication platform.
• Lead enterprise-wide standards and roadmap for simplification and modularization.
