Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience in a large-scale complex technology environment, leading IT teams focused on application/system architecture & development.
• Java Stack: Core Java, JEE, Spring, Spring Boot, JDBC, Hibernate.
• IBMi Fundamentals: AS/400 architecture, CL commands, Integrated File System (IFS).
• Modern Web Frontend: Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Database & SQL: SQL/400, DDS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server.
• DevOps & Tooling: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes.
• In depth understanding of APIs and microservices-based architecture.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Directing a high skilled team of 50+ technology professionals, acting as IT leader for adjudication strategic programs.
• Develop and deliver optimized technology solutions for the Claims Adjudication platform and drive modernization as a service.
• Create and implement application development standards to drive architectural roadmap and modularization of adjudication functions.
• Lead large enterprise programs ensuring regulatory/compliance requirements are met.
• Collaborate with PSS IT and Business leaders to meet business needs and growth goals.
• Lead delivery of high-quality, modular, scalable solutions to stay innovative in healthcare.
