Lattice is seeking a Manager of Customer Account Managers to lead a high-performing CAM team and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will develop strategies to improve platform adoption, maximize revenue, and foster a culture of collaboration across cross-functional teams.

You will hire, coach, and mentor CAMs, set clear KPIs, and enable data-driven decision making while partnering with Sales, Care, and Product to scale engagement and ensure exceptional customer partnership.
