Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Research Communications and Knowledge Translation to translate research findings into clear, accessible communications for internal and external audiences. The role partners with executives and teams to develop strategies across publications, white papers, and digital content.

The position requires translating complex clinical and health research, with at least 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in graphic design tools to create compelling visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in science communication, health communication, public health, life sciences, journalism, communications, graphic design, digital media, or related field.
• 5+ years related work experience.
• Experience translating complex clinical or health research for executive and general audiences.
• Experience creating scientific communications across formats like reports, briefs, presentations, and web content.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge-translation and communication strategy for the research portfolio.
• Develop, edit, and package research deliverables (briefs, white papers, executive summaries, posters).
• Execute graphic design and data-visualization for brand-aligned communications.
• Maintain a research website and digital presence in partnership with stakeholders.
• Establish content templates, workflows, and quality-control processes.
• Manage concurrent projects and stakeholder reviews.
