Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance and Quality to lead proposal development and formal client responses for the account, coordinating audits and ensuring accuracy in pricing, performance guarantees, and contracts.

You will manage end-to-end proposals, collaborate with Finance, Legal, Clinical, and Operations, and drive process improvements, templates, and quality checklists while guiding a remote team in a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end proposal or RFP responses for complex healthcare or PBM clients.
• Experience planning, executing, and delivering across concurrent deadlines and owners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and proposal content-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposal strategies and response plans for renewals, RFPs, RFIs, client-requested program and benefits-change proposals, and contract amendments.
• Manage end-to-end development and submission of proposals and formal client responses.
• Partner with leadership to define messages and confirm pricing and contract commitments before submission.
• Write clear, persuasive client-ready narratives and represent the team in client meetings on proposals.
• Lead project management for implementations and account changes with timelines and owners.
