Amgen seeks a Marketing Senior Manager for UPLIZNA gMG Medical Marketing to lead US neurologic OL engagement, P2P strategy, and Speaker Bureau initiatives across gMG and NMOSD. You will align franchise priorities with external engagement models and coach a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities include OL mapping, annual program planning, and end-to-end P2P execution; you’ll partner with Medical Affairs, Field Medical, and Marketing to ensure high-quality execution and scientific rigor.

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate/MBA or equivalent in marketing/business preferred.
• Neurology marketing experience and OL/P2P expertise preferred.
• Demonstrated people-management experience and leadership ability.

Aufgaben

• Lead OL engagement and P2P strategy across gMG/NMOSD.
• Own OL mapping, engagement planning and speaker programs.
• Lead congress-focused OL engagement and chair related activities.
• Develop and execute P2P materials and training for speakers.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional alignment.
• Direct and develop team delivering Medical Marketing workstreams.
