Job summary

Gainwell Technologies in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager for Drug Rebate Product to lead Medicaid DDI efforts and guide cross-functional teams across development, testing, and implementation. You will shape product strategy, manage client relationships, and drive delivery outcomes with a focus on efficiency and usability.

The role involves directing a team of professionals, coordinating testing plans, and supporting RFI/RFP responses.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Medicaid design, development, and implementation (DDI) or change requests experience
• 5+ years of experience managing teams
• Experience capturing, documenting, and managing client requirements and complex business processes
• Experience managing client relationships for change requests, projects, and system implementations
• Experience preparing and overseeing testing plans for DDIs and system enhancements

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of 5+ members across development, testing, implementation support and drug rebate operations
• Oversees tasks like problem resolution, quality control, performance and change requests
• Maintains client relationships through daily operations and through change requests and projects
• Provides project oversight and management of rebate team and tasks
• Prepares test documents and oversees testing plans for new development and change requests
• Supports new business by preparing RFI/RFP bid responses and demos of Gainwell’s Drug Rebate solution
• Oversees drug rebate design, development and implementations and system enhancements
• Contributes to Drug Rebate direction, strategy, resourcing and forecasting
