Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy and Drug Rebate Services to lead strategic Medicaid Drug Rebate solutions. You will guide priorities, coordinate across product, development, testing, and operations, and translate business needs into practical, high-impact results.

In this remote role, you will drive efficiency, usability, and timely delivery while mentoring a 5+ member team and managing client relationships on change requests and projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Medicaid Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI), or Change Requests.
• 5+ years of experience managing direct or indirect team members.
• Experience capturing, documenting, and managing client requirements and complex business processes.
• Experience managing client relationships for change requests, special projects, and system implementations.
• Experience preparing and overseeing testing plans for DDIs and system enhancements.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation, testing and defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of 5+ across development, testing, implementation support and drug rebate operations across client sites.
• Oversees drug rebate tasks, changes, performance, and change requests.
• Manages client relationships for change requests and special projects and system implementations.
• Provides project oversight and management of rebate team and tasks.
• Prepares test documents and oversees testing plans for new development and change requests.
• Supports new business efforts with RFI/RFP responses and demonstrations of Gainwell’s Drug Rebate solution.
• Drives innovation and continuous improvement for the Drug Rebate product strategy and delivery.
