- 5+ years of market planning/real estate analytics experience.
- Experience in multi-unit restaurant/retail/franchise environments.
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with GIS and location datasets.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
