Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a Senior Real Estate Manager to lead expansion efforts for a national restaurant portfolio. The role partners with Real Estate, Design, Construction, Operations, and Finance to identify, evaluate, and advance new store opportunities.

You will conduct market analysis, manage LOIs and leases, and coordinate across the development lifecycle, with travel up to 50% and a base salary range of $155,000–$165,000 plus a 15% targeted bonus and $20,000 LTIP.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in commercial real estate, development, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based project management systems such as Smartsheet.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Real Estate Analysis & Site Selection: Research and analyze trade areas using demographic tools, market data and competitive analysis.
• Deal Management & Development Coordination: Track development workflows and milestones through LOIs, lease execution, design and construction.
• Reporting, Analytics & Cross-Functional Partnership: Maintain development pipeline reporting and cross-functional updates.
• External Partnership & Market Presence: Interface with landlords, brokers, developers, and internal stakeholders to source opportunities.
