Panera Bread is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Real Estate Development to drive market growth strategies, site selection, and portfolio optimization.

You will act as a strategic partner to Real Estate, Franchise Development, Operations, Finance, and executives, delivering advanced analytics and actionable recommendations. You will lead complex analyses, build forecasting models, and create dashboards to support informed decision-making across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Geography, Economics, Urban Planning, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field required.
• Master's degree or advanced certification in GIS, Data Analytics, BI, Real Estate preferred.
• 5–7+ years in real estate strategy, market research, site selection, or analytics.
• Proven ability to present to senior leaders with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic market planning and growth strategy for franchise expansion.
• Perform trade area analyses using GIS, demographics, and competitive data.
• Evaluate site performance and opportunities for investment and optimization.
• Develop dashboards and models to inform executive decisions.
• Partner with Real Estate, Franchise Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and improve forecasting methods for portfolio planning.
