StriveTogether in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Manager of Insights and Analytics to lead data supports for Cradle to Career Network members and coach data-focused roles. You will oversee dashboards, reports, and data products while guiding cross-functional teams in leveraging data for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

The role emphasizes building data literacy, providing strategic consultation, and managing a team, with opportunities to influence network-wide data practices

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics within a strategy consulting or social impact strategic planning role.
• Strong proficiency in R or Python for data manipulation and analysis, along with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining data collection instruments, dashboards or reporting tools used by others.
• Experience providing technical assistance, consultation or facilitation for external partners.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for a wide range of audiences.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a commitment to data integrity and quality control.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, incorporating and providing constructive feedback to enhance work quality.
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Passion for social impact and a strong belief in education as a powerful tool for equity and change.

Responsabilidades

• Network Data Products, Tools and Reporting: design templates, own dashboards and reports from need to maintenance.
• Integrate new data sources and improve reporting to increase efficiency and impact.
• Lead data-driven improvements, including automation and AI-driven workflows.
• Network Convening and Technical Assistance: create playbooks, lead learning community and training sessions, provide strategic data consultation.
• Internal Data Strategy and Insights: analyze trends, synthesize insights, support leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Management Responsibilities: lead the team, set expectations, coach, hire and mentor new members.
• Organizational responsibilities: adhere to policies, participate in cross-functional activities.
