UATP, a global payments network, seeks a Senior Manager, Business Support to drive GTM strategy for UATP One. This remote, full-time role supports Product and Sales with cross-functional collaboration and strategic oversight. Primary reporting to the VP, Merchant Solutions.

The position requires 5+ years in payments, strong analytics, and travel up to 15%. Located in NA, LATAM, or Europe with work authorization in residence country.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• ≥5 years in payments with GTM exposure.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.

Mansioni

• Lead marketing GTM strategy documentation, implementation, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, HR, and other units to ensure strategic alignment.
• Maintain internal reporting for UATP One.
• Support budget planning, revenue forecasting, and sales performance analysis.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, and other strategic materials.
• Coordinate internal stakeholder contributions for RFP responses.
• Track market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments.
