Job summary

GradedGuard Limited is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Manufacturing Operations to strengthen manufacturing operations and build scalable systems for growth. The role oversees China-based suppliers, sourcing, quality control, and purchasing processes, with fully remote US work.

The ideal candidate takes initiative, solves problems independently, and can lead end-to-end supply chain initiatives for direct-to-consumer products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, and manufacturing operations.
• Direct experience with Chinese manufacturers, including factory evaluations and quality control.
• Established sourcing relationships or network in Chinese manufacturing.
• Experience developing operational processes and managing inventory.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and independent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing manufacturing relationships in China and hold suppliers accountable for quality, pricing, and delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with new manufacturing partners.
• Establish quality control standards, inspection processes, and procedures for resolving manufacturing issues.
• Oversee product development coordination, prototypes, and production quality.
• Develop purchasing processes and improve vendor, order, and inventory tracking.
• Establish accurate inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment processes.
• Evaluate and implement approved inventory management technology.
• Recommend purchasing and vendor decisions for Founder/CEO approval.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of our China-based supply chain contractor.
• Support product availability and fulfillment for direct-to-consumer sales.
• Establish clear processes, reporting, and supplier accountability.
• Identify improvements and independently lead approved operational initiatives.
