Job summary

The American Bible Society seeks an End-to-End, Domestic Program Senior Manager to lead the Domestic E2E strategy, scale, and impact across a national network of partners, churches, and ministries. You will translate strategy into executable plans and oversee gospel engagement, PRS, Bible distribution, and partnerships.

Reporting to the Director of End-to-End, you will shape multi-year growth, manage budgets, support fundraising, and ensure measurable ministry outcomes aligned with ABS mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree and/or ministerial credentials preferred.
• Significant leadership experience in faith-based nonprofit settings (8+ years).
• Ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution, and refinement of the Domestic E2E strategy and plans.
• Provide senior-level oversight of the Domestic E2E program model and partnerships.
• Co-lead budget planning, forecasting, and financial management with Finance.
• Develop revenue strategies and fundraising support with Development Advisors.
• Represent ABS and E2E with domestic partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee communications, reports, and impact narratives for internal and external audiences.
