Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience with cross‑functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and system architecture across multiple products and platforms.
• Partner with product managers and ministry leaders to shape technical feasibility and delivery plans.
• Provide architectural and code review for work delivered by external development teams.
• Champion AI adoption and engineering best practices across teams.
