Job summary

OLLY is seeking a Senior Manager for Digital Supply Chain to lead the Center of Excellence, owning strategic systems, cross-functional process integration, and scalable data analytics across VMS, OLLY, and SPV. You will drive enterprise-wide adoption of best-practice supply chain systems and serve as the internal D365, Kinaxis, Power BI specialist.

You will guide teams through change, coach managers, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize network performance and operational efficiency,

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale digital supply chain programs with measurable impact (e.g., service levels, OTIF).
Strong analytics and data storytelling capabilities; ability to design KPIs and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for core supply chain systems and digital capabilities across the org.
Oversee system governance and data/ process standards across teams.
Lead end-to-end system enhancements, design reviews, and UAT.
Ensure data quality and reporting to enable KPI-driven decisions.
Drive user adoption and change management for new tools and processes.
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to optimize network performance.
Monitor performance and align systems to key metrics like service levels and inventory health.
