• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, supply chain, operations, or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in manufacturing systems, engineering systems, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading business process design, solution design, integration testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional roadmap and solution architecture for digital manufacturing (Smart Factory, Industry 4.0).
• Lead requirements discovery, process mapping, and acceptance criteria from design to deployment.
• Coordinate across Manufacturing Operations, Sourcing, Finance, and IT/OT teams.
• Define end-to-end designs across ERP, MES, analytics platforms, and data integrations.
• Translate business needs into architecture decisions, epics, and user stories.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional challenges in multiple workstreams.
• Lead change management, training, and adoption for new capabilities.
• Maintain governance and documentation linking delivery to business value.
