Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Manager for CSO Demand Forecasting & Analytics to lead analytics across Customer Service Operations. You will shape strategic outcomes, guide forecasting models, and partner with Operations, Workforce Management, Product and Tech to drive staffing and efficiency.

This role is fully remote for candidates in select geographies in the United States, with onsite 3 days/week for those near listed hubs. A strong background in analytics and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
• 5 years of relevant management consulting or analytics experience.
• Strong communication (oral and written) skills, including presenting to senior executives and influencing buy-in.
• Ability to lead large-scale project and program teams and independently drive work forward.
• Ability to partner across organizations to influence and deliver work.
• Two years of building, managing, or using business models (e.g. optimization, predictive analysis).
• Strong analytics and finance skills; proficiency in analytics-focused coding languages (SQL, Python, or R).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategy and analytics support for the CSO operations team.
• Lead a team of analysts and planning professionals across Operations, Workforce Management, Product and Technology.
• Maintain and publish forecast across multiple lines of business (call/chat/volume, AHT).
• Collaborate with partners to size new intents and staffing strategies for optimized expenses.
• Serve as a key thought partner to executives and direct reports.
