Housecall Pro is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative to craft paid social advertising that drives leads, conversions, and acquisitions for home service professionals. You will own the creative process from concept to final delivery, directing shoots, AI-assisted production, and multi-channel assets while mentoring a growing team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional creative experience, including work in creative, digital, or advertising agency environments.
• Proven experience developing and executing paid social campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Strong portfolio showing original concepts, hands-on execution, and campaign results.
• Advanced proficiency in creative production software and short-form video editing.
• Experience directing or producing live-action video or UGC content.
• Experience analyzing paid social metrics and designing testing strategies.
• Experience mentoring creatives and presenting concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate audience insights and data into multiple distinctive paid social concepts.
• Own creative development from concept to delivery with hands-on involvement.
• Direct live-action shoots and AI-assisted production strategies.
• Produce short-form videos, motion graphics, and static ads with high visual storytelling standards.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to evaluate results and apply learnings.
• Develop testing plans and maintain a pipeline of ideas across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Explore emerging AI tools to improve production efficiency and expand capabilities.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with Marketing leadership to maintain momentum.
