Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Senior Manager of Technical Strategy & Operations to shape decarbonization efforts in textile manufacturing. This remote US role blends engineering rigor with research and strategic planning.

You will translate findings into actionable frameworks, support leadership with presentations, and coordinate across technical teams and external partners to drive industrial transformation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in energy consulting, industrial decarbonization research, or related program management.
• Experience with factory-level process engineering and industrial utilities.
• Professional fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into structured, accessible insights.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical strategy development, research synthesis, and operational execution to advance decarbonization initiatives.
• Build and maintain a library of technical research and industry analyses.
• Synthesize complex information into clear frameworks and actionable insights.
• Prepare presentations and technical documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Support communications, organize workshops and site visits.
• Improve decision-making processes, documentation, and knowledge-sharing.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams and external partners.
• Track action items and progress across research objectives.
