Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required.
2–5 years of public accounting or FDD experience.
CPA is preferred or actively pursuing certification.
Knowledge of forecast and budget tools (Adaptive, Anaplan).
International experience beneficial but not required.
Experience with Power Query and Alteryx for data analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Perform financial and accounting due diligence procedures for buy-side or sell-side engagements.
Identify and communicate critical deal issues and the strength/weakness against benchmarks to client management.
Perform valuation using discounted cash flow, public comps, and transaction comps.
Analyze strategic positions and forecasts of target companies.
Perform research and industry analyses.
Review purchase price allocations.
Address post-closing matters to improve profitability and cash flows.
Interact with personnel of target companies and clients.
Review and prepare due diligence reports outlining analyses and findings.
