Qualifications

• Licensed RN, LPN, or LVN with active clinical license.
• Experience in senior living or skilled nursing settings.
• Strong communication, consultation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical risk assessments for Senior Living accounts, focusing on professional liability and abuse exposures.
• Evaluate client controls, policies and procedures to strengthen abuse prevention and mitigate liability.
• Develop resources (leadership articles, training modules, checklists) for senior living risk management.
• Partner with underwriting, agents, and clients to deliver tailored risk solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to improve safety and operational resilience.
