Job summary

NVA General Practice is seeking a highly organized Senior Litigation and Compliance Paralegal for a nationwide, fully remote role. You will manage litigation, subpoenas, e-discovery, and outside counsel coordination while driving process improvements and vendor management across the legal department.

The candidate should have 10+ years of paralegal experience, including litigation, with strong organizational and writing skills, and a track record of independent case management.

Qualifications

• College degree and paralegal certification required or preferred.
• Ten-plus years of paralegal experience with at least six years in litigation.
• In-house experience, especially in employment law, preferred.
• Ability to set up and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience with legal AI adoption is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of litigation and pre-litigation matters with outside counsel.
• Draft holds, respond to subpoenas and prepare litigation documents.
• Manage records, investigation files, and reporting for stakeholders.
• Improve litigation management processes and legal operations.
• Assist with invoice review and settlement processing.
• Support special projects as needed.
