Guidehouse in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant in Life Sciences Data & Analytics to join our remote-friendly practice. You will lead data management, build predictive models, and coach junior data engineers across client engagements in pharma and biotech.

You will leverage SQL, Python, and cloud platforms to analyze large health data sets, deliver analytics insights, and automate workflows. Travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in quantitative field required.
• 3+ years of consulting or relevant pharma/biotech experience.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with large health data sets.
• Fluency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage data and technical delivery for client engagements.
• Coach data engineers to execute client work.
• Develop predictive models for outcomes and forecasting.
• Perform advanced analytics on large health data sets (claims, EHR, payer, sales).
• Build internal tools and automate workflows to accelerate delivery.
• Document processes and train business stakeholders.
