Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, Machine Learning Engineering, Ads Measurement Products, to lead a high-impact engineering team focused on measurement platforms for advertisers.

This role sets technical direction for scalable ML solutions and partners with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to shape multi-year roadmaps. Remote in the US with emphasis on hiring and a collaborative culture.

Competenze

• 10+ years of software, ML, or data systems experience including 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience in ads measurement and ad effectiveness methodologies.

Mansioni

• Lead and expand a team building ads measurement products and platforms.
• Set the technical vision for measurement products based on advertiser needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to develop causal inference solutions.
• Drive scalable ML and data platform development for measurement products.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the company’s measurement offerings.
