Jobgether is seeking an experienced Clinical Senior Scientist to lead oncology studies, develop and review regulatory documentation, and ensure data quality across programs. Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent required in a relevant scientific or healthcare discipline; PhD, PharmD, or MD preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant overall experience; includes minimum of 2 years in hematology or oncology clinical studies.
• Understanding of oncology trial design, study execution, and translational implications.
• Experience authoring, reviewing, or contributing to clinical protocols, amendments, regulatory documentation, and meeting materials.
• Ability to analyze clinical data and interpret immunology/immuno-oncology translational findings.

Responsabilités

• Lead Clinical Study Design: Design, refine, and amend oncology clinical studies with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop Clinical and Regulatory Documentation: Author/review clinical protocols, amendments, regulatory submissions, meeting packages, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
• Oversee Clinical Data Quality: Establish data quality plans, perform internal reviews, identify safety trends across studies.
• Provide Clinical Scientific Guidance: Serve as a contact for CRO monitors and stakeholders, offering scientific insight.
• Support Study Start-Up and Execution: Develop study resources such as consent forms, lab manuals, eDC materials, and safety monitoring plans.
• Monitor Patient Safety: Participate in safety reviews and track potential safety events.
• Drive Study Enrollment and Site Engagement: Collaborate with investigators and CROs to support enrollment and execution.
• Develop Scientific Communications: Lead communications strategies for studies, including KOL engagement and meetings.
• Prepare Scientific Materials: Write/review abstracts, posters, presentations, and meeting content with stakeholder reviews.
• Coordinate Scientific Submissions: Manage submissions to conferences and venues.
• Interpret Clinical and Translational Data: Evaluate findings to inform decisions and strategy.
• Anticipate and Resolve Study Challenges: Proactively identify obstacles and develop practical solutions.
