Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, MS or equivalent degree in medical/biological/pharmaceutical field.
• 10+ years clinical research experience with at least 3+ years in oncology drug development.
• Experience with data review and oncology solid tumors.
• Experience in a project-oriented matrixed team environment.
• Proven ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead clinical trials across development stages.
• Develop program strategy and CDP for assigned trials/compounds.
• Prepare clinical/regulatory documents and safety updates.
• Support eCRF development and data management deliverables.
• Mentor junior scientists and present at meetings.
