Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior leader to drive clinical data management operations in a fully remote, international setting. You will recruit, mentor, and manage teams while ensuring projects meet quality and timelines.

You will shape processes, collaborate with study managers and cross-functional partners, and uphold regulatory standards to deliver high-quality data management services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant training/experience.
• Strong leadership and management experience in a clinical data management setting.
• Experience guiding projects, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop clinical data management personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Provide guidance to project teams to ensure timely, within-budget data management activities.
• Coordinate global resource planning and workload distribution across teams.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and client guidelines.
• Support operational execution of clinical studies and address challenges to maintain quality and timelines.
• Contribute to development and improvement of data management processes and standards.
• Coordinate training initiatives to strengthen technical expertise and procedures.
• Monitor performance, milestones, and workload, adjusting plans as needed.
• Collaborate with senior management, study managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of client data and proprietary information.
