Job summary

Active Interest Media, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing & Custom Solutions to lead development and delivery of cross-platform advertising programs.

The role collaborates with Sales, Editorial, Ad Operations and internal teams to turn client objectives into compelling offerings. You will oversee a team delivering custom campaigns, manage external resources including video consultants, and guide programs from concept through execution and final delivery, influencing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in integrated marketing, custom solutions, or related media marketing.
• Experience managing employees and cross-functional workflows.
• Strong project-management, communication, and commercial instincts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated advertising programs across print, digital, content, video, email, social, events and other AIM platforms.
• Lead campaign delivery from post-sale handoff to final delivery with clear scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Coach the Client Services team handling day-to-day execution of custom and integrated campaigns.
• Manage external resources including video consultant and freelancers, ensuring timely delivery.
• Partner with Sales on go-to-market strategy and custom client solutions.
