We're backed by NEA, YCombinator, Greycroft, the founders of Testflight, Parse, and PagerDuty. We are the evolution of real-user monitoring (RUM) built on OpenTelemetry, used by companies like Pinterest, Marriott, Goat, Home Depot, and Cameo. As we grow, we need your help!

We are seeking a Senior Javascript Engineer/Web Performance Engineer to help evolve front-end telemetry and RUM. You will develop technologies to improve user experiences, work closely with customers, gather feedback, and code libraries embedded in their sites. What You Need For This Role

• 6+ years coding experience
• Javascript expertise
• Significant experience with web vitals (W3C) and website performance
• Experience with traces, console logs, etc. for performance analysis and debugging
• Enjoy talking tech with customers and in community talks
• BSCS or related degree
• BONUS: OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Libraries/SDKs, Open-source development, Lighthouse, Speedcurve
