CTI Consulting is seeking a highly experienced software engineer to lead the design and development of next-generation trading systems. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building scalable, resilient, and high-performance trading infrastructure.

You’ll collaborate across teams, mentor engineers, and drive innovation in a mission-critical environment. You will architect and develop distributed, event-driven trading systems optimized for low latency and high throughput, design

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years hands-on software design and development experience.
• Expertise in Java, Python and Linux.
• Deep experience with low latency messaging systems like Kafka.
• Proficiency with time-series databases such as KDB+.
• Strong background in distributed, asynchronous, event-driven apps.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol and capital markets/brokerage systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and develop distributed, event-driven trading systems for low latency and high throughput.
• Design asynchronous processing frameworks and resilient messaging services.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver robust end-to-end trading workflows.
• Lead performance tuning and platform optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
• Support production and non-production environments, including weekly on-call rotation.
