Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Senior Level Full Stack Engineer to drive modernization within Workplace Solutions. You will develop integrations between on-prem and cloud systems, leveraging Java, Spring Boot, Groovy, AWS, and MuleSoft to deliver scalable APIs and data solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend development with Java, Spring Boot and Groovy.
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Event-driven architectures with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• AWS cloud services and containerized microservices.
• MuleSoft integration experience.
• MongoDB or enterprise databases.
• Collaborative, inclusive team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, testing, and integration of modern apps within Workplace Solutions.
• Facilitate brainstorming to design high-performance APIs and data solutions.
• Adapt to roles as individual contributor, leader, mentor.
• Understand business objectives in Workplace Solutions and deliver solutions.
• Assess and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Contribute to development, testing, maintenance, and integration.
• Build unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or Spock.
• Collaborate with team and external vendors.
• Evaluate options and performance tradeoffs.
