Job summary

Worldpay, LLC in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Senior Full Stack Java Software Developer to design and build full-stack applications using AWS, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, Maven, Java and NodeJS. You will work with product managers to translate requirements into scalable RESTful APIs and modern UI.

You will collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to ensure long-term product vision, write specifications, review API designs, and help troubleshoot in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in software development.
• Experience developing full stack using AWS, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, Maven, Java, NodeJS, LDAP and ForgeRock, Swagger, Kubernetes, DB2 and SQL.
• Experience with UI and RESTful APIs technologies.
• Ability to design scalable RESTful API solutions and work with architecture leads to build long-term product designs.
• Remote work permissible per company policies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack applications using AWS, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, Maven, Java, NodeJS, LDAP and ForgeRock, Swagger, Kubernetes, DB2 and SQL.
• Interact with product managers to define requirements and necessary modifications.
• Develop reference implementation for RESTful APIs and ensure proper use of frameworks and technologies.
• Review API specs and assess fit with long-term product goals.
• Write technical specifications and perform testing and debugging.
• Provide progress updates and complete installation/maintenance documentation.
