Job summary

Inherent Technologies is seeking a Senior Java Developer for a 1-year engagement in Florham Park, NJ with remote options. The role involves Java/J2EE development, Spring MVC, Hibernate, RESTful services, and front-end integration.

You will work on enterprise web applications, APIs, and cloud readiness with tools like Git, Jenkins, and Maven. We expect strong coding practices, design-pattern knowledge, and thorough testing and performance optimization across the stack, including SQL/Oracle

Qualifications

• Experience building Java/J2EE applications with Spring.
• Strong Hibernate/JPA experience and SQL/Oracle proficiency.
• Develop RESTful services and enterprise web apps.
• Proficiency with front-end basics (HTML/CSS/jQuery/JSP).
• Hands-on Git, Jenkins and Maven for CI/CD.
• Knowledge of design patterns and coding best practices.
• Testing, debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).

Responsibilities
