Job summary

DEW Softech Inc is seeking a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer for a hybrid role in Trenton, NJ. The position focuses on designing, developing, modernizing, and supporting enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.

You will refactor legacy systems, build microservices, implement RESTful APIs, and participate in CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and collaboration with stakeholders across the SDLC. A strong foundation in Oracle SQL and scalable UI with Bootstrap is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT or related field.
• 10+ years of Java development experience including Core Java and modern frameworks.
• 7+ years in refactoring and modernizing monolithic apps.
• 7+ years with Spring technologies (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate).
• 7+ years with relational databases and data analysis.
• 5+ years with JavaScript and React development.
• 5+ years designing RESTful APIs and performing unit/integration tests.

Responsibilities

• Refactor and modernize legacy Java applications into Spring Boot microservices.
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive UIs using React, JavaScript, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Develop and consume secure RESTful APIs for enterprise integrations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Design and optimize Oracle database structures and SQL performance.
• Perform unit, integration, and component testing with JUnit, Mockito, and React Testing Library.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the SDLC; participate in code reviews and design discussions.
• Support CI/CD builds, deployments, and release management.
