enGen is seeking a qualified engineer to support design, development, and maintenance of technical IT storage solutions. You will work across IT, product and analytics to build reliable storage systems, ensure performance, and align with enterprise goals.

The role involves end-to-end involvement from analysis to support and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has deep storage background, strong problem solving, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while adopting new technologies.

• 5 years of experiences in analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing technical solutions with production support.
• 5 years of technical problem solving and cross-team collaboration.
• 5 years of computer science fundamentals across OS, languages, and scripting.

Mansioni

• Analyze, design, test, implement and automate storage solutions.
• Provide monitoring, capacity management, and storage ecosystem support.
• Assist in data backup and recovery, disaster and cyber recovery testing.
• Collaborate on storage architecture design aligned to enterprise goals.
