Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, project management, or related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership of complex IT infrastructure, technology deployment, or professional services projects.
• Demonstrated success managing a high-volume portfolio of concurrent client-facing projects while maintaining schedule, financial, documentation, reporting, risk, and stakeholder-management standards.
• Experience using portfolio and project management tools to manage schedules, reporting, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary project contact for assigned customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring project expectations, responsibilities, and next steps are clearly communicated.
• Maintains alignment between approved scope, delivery commitments, customer priorities, and internal execution plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leads customer-facing project meetings, prepares clear status updates, documents decisions, and communicates risks, issues, and actions with appropriate urgency.
• Partners with customers during project initiation to confirm business objectives, success criteria, communication cadence, escalation paths, and ownership.
• Builds confidence with clients and internal teams by providing transparency and driving follow-through across all workstreams.
• Ensures project closure includes customer acceptance, final documentation, transition readiness, and lessons learned.
