Technatomy Corporation is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to coordinate delivery and release readiness for the VA pharmacy traceability project. You will turn milestones into executable plans, track dependencies across technical teams, and organize evidence for releases and deployment waves.

Working with the Program Manager and workstream leads, you will keep commitments achievable and progress visible.

Competenze

• 7+ years of IT project management or enterprise application delivery experience.
• Experience leading SAP and/or Dynamics 365 implementations with stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Ability to build and maintain integrated schedules and identify critical dependencies.
• Experience coordinating software releases and deployment activities.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery and release controls.
• Excellent facilitation, status reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to assess critical-path impacts and forecast release readiness.

Mansioni

• Maintain the integrated project schedule, milestones, delivery commitments and action tracking across workstreams.
• Lead development, integration, testing, security, training and deployment activities across teams; assign owners and track commitments.
• Organize release readiness and go/no-go reviews, covering test results, security actions and cutover steps; capture decisions and actions.
• Track site readiness and deployment wave dependencies, including access, configuration and training.
• Manage delivery risks and issues, identify schedule impacts, escalate as needed.
• Maintain clear status reports, decisions, meeting actions and deliverable acceptance tracking.
• Coordinate transition to service operations with handoff criteria and ownership of open items.
• Develop recovery plans for delayed access or site readiness and re-sequence activities with leads.
