Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex programs from initiation through completion
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and program documentation
• Manage project tracking within tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
• Create executive dashboards, status reports, KPI tracking, and milestone reporting
• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, project health, and program performance metrics
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve cross-functional issues
• Coordinate communication across technical and business stakeholders
• Build project roadmaps, Gantt charts, executive presentations, and visual reporting artifacts
• Establish and maintain program governance standards and reporting processes
• Drive operational improvements across the Project Management organization
• Compile project data, perform analysis, and provide leadership recommendations

Education
