Qualifications

• Experience analyzing IT operations, service management, or labor data.
• Ability to translate business questions into data requirements and analytical approaches.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Freshservice, or TeamDynamix.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing IT operational and workforce data to determine usability, gaps and data quality.
• Analyze work occurring inside and outside formal ticketing or ITSM systems.
• Translate business questions into measurable data requirements and analytical approaches.
• Help establish meaningful categories, fields, and data structures for tracking IT activity and effort.
• Partner with IT stakeholders to improve how operational information is captured.
• Recommend reporting, dashboards, and metrics to provide visibility into workload and labor utilization.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior IT stakeholders.
