ECI, a global managed services and cybersecurity provider, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support cloud, networking, and security programs for a defined client portfolio. You will escalate complex issues with Client Technology Management and drive technical delivery in a hybrid environment.

You will work with Microsoft 365/Azure, AWS, GCP, and on‑prem solutions, manage mail platforms and security, and document standard runbooks and SOPs for ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or 6+ years tech administration experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 11 and AD.
• Experience administering cloud platforms (Azure, Exchange Online) and virtualization.

Responsabilités

• Act as tier 3 escalation for Client Technology Management and related teams.
• Administer cloud infra (M365/Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-prem environments.
• Manage enterprise mail and security systems (Exchange Online, Proofpoint, Mimecast).
• Handle routing, switching, security gear configurations and rotations.
• Document SOPs, runbooks, and architecture diagrams for knowledge base.
• Lead small projects and ensure delivery within scope.
