Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• 8+ years in accounting/finance with 5+ years cost accounting experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong GAAP/SOX knowledge.
• Experience leading and developing a team; ERP system experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost accounting processes and inventory transactions from raw materials to finished goods.
• Analyze cost of sales, absorption, PPV and margins; ensure close accuracy.
• Maintain integrity of product cost data; support month-end close journal entries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams; drive process improvements in ERP.
• Lead a matrixed team of accountants in a global organization; manage internal controls.
